01General Introduction

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.

5.3 General Transaction Terms

• Deposited funds must be withdrawn using the same payment method.
• Applicable wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing funds that include a bonus.

06Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500; if you deposit ৳8,000 the bonus will be ৳5,000 (the maximum limit) and the total will be ৳13,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x). This means the bonus amount multiplied by 25 gives the total bet amount that must be met before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period — any unused bonus expires at the end of that period.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• If bonus abuse or an attempt to exploit a bonus is detected, the account may be suspended.
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• When using a bonus, bets placed outside the specified games may not count toward meeting the wagering requirement.

07Gaming Rules and Fair Play

9.2 Member Rights

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our support team. An opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided before the account is closed, though this may not apply to accounts closed due to a breach of these Terms.
